We only pass on the work to professional painting companies, not individuals.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, ZERO hidden fees! No charges for the painting as well!
The only thing to take note is the fees presented are before GST, so GST is still applicable for our agent fee.

Right from the beginning after we have engaged Delvin from SellNow for his selling/buying consultation, he was cordial and informative when he met with us. His punctuality is not the only plus point, but he doesn’t over promise and he goes the extra mile to ensure that we are very clear of what to expect from the policies in place and the various aspects required of us to make this selling/buying journey a seamless one. All that and more, from not 1-2% of the typical commission, but for only 0.5% agent fee. Where else can you get that level of service for such a price?
I think what was the two most impressive aspects was firstly, that there was a total 20 viewings all lined for the total of 2 days from the time the posting for the house was uploaded. That is a true testament to their platform outreach and marketing expertise of Delvin. Deal was closed on the second day, third viewing. For that many clients reaching out to them for viewing, there has to be a high level of trust involved, and that is also something that we appreciate a great deal. The second part was the accuracy in which he did the timeline up for us, and guided us all the way to ensure that we hit each milestone.
Although there were some slight hiccups no thanks to THAT stat board which seems quite typical at this point, Delvin did a great job of helping us get back on track to ensure everything is in order so that we can get our house in a timely manner.
